"I switched from Erie insurance to State Farm and couldn’t be happier. All the staff there are amazing, especially Terri and Kaisee. They handled my insurance change from my totaled Honda Clarity PIH to my Honda Insight very efficiently.
I was T-boned on 1/14/26 by a 17 YO who mistakenly thought she had the right of way coming out of a parking lot. She totaled her mom’s car and mine. The daughter was not on the insurance policy. The mother had the nerve to try and get State Farm to buy her a new car, because Progressive denied her, because her daughter was not on the policy. State Farm shut that down immediately!"

"The BEST! ( notice the Caps ) absolutely BEST place to ever get any kind of insurance. I have a couple types and the price can’t be beat , no way , no how!
But that’s not all!
Every person at the office is as cool as a fan, yup everyone! Legit super nice , understanding people that truly have your back. I’m in for Life , however much longer that is.
I know all the advertising on TV -all the different insurance agency’s - most of them might as well scream SYKE ! After you pay your bill. The rest require your right arm as a down payment , and your first born to cover that premium.
Not Alex’s office , He has the best thing going on in all my years behind the wheel. Think I’m kidding?

"I’m extremely grateful to have Alex as my agent. They have been very accommodating in communicating through ways that best fit my lifestyle. "My car broke down and I had to do an emergency tow because of the location I was in along with the awful weather. Terry lines from State farm went above and beyond helping me get my money back from the tow I had to pay for at that time . I can't think Terry lines enough, she is a blessing to deal with ."

"This office is extremely professional. They always take the time to answer all of my questions and even alerted me when I was underinsured. When my Porsche suffered water damage, State Farm handled the claim promptly and paid it without any issues. Their customer service has been outstanding.
